JENNA TAKES ANOTHER BIG SLICE

OF THE BIG APPLE – Vivid Girl

Jenna Jameson already has her own huge billboard

on Times Square in Manhattan, so

what’s next to conquer? The cover of New

York Magazine of course! And that’s

just what she’s done this week. She’s

the cover girl for a major story called “Generation

XXX: Porn is Everywhere, Thanks to the Internet. It’s

Never Been Less Shocking. But what is it Doing to

Real Relationships” by David Amsden.

She even has her own cover line: “Is This the

Other Woman in Your Life? Cyberporn superstar Jenna

Jameson.” The article deals with the fast-growing

phenomenon of men turning to the Internet for sexual

satisfaction rather than forming relationships with

real women. Says reporter Amsden: “One minute

you’re reading The New York Times, and –

oops! – you’re downloading highlights

from Jenna Jameson’s oeuvre.” Adds Amsden,

“And speaking of Jenna Jameson, she was recently

plastered on a billboard in Times Square, she has

spoken at the Oxford Union, and her

autobiography is being ghostwritten by Neil

Strauss, a Times critic.”

CHEYENNE IS A STAR ATTRACTION

IN CHICAGO -- Vivid Girl Cheyenne

Silver signed autographs and met with fans

at the NACS Show in Chicago

October 12th through the 14th. She was there to help

promote Vivid Condoms and Vivid

Virility products to the nation's convenience

store operators. Cheyenne was a star attraction at

the Paradise Marketing booth at the

NACS at McCormick Place. It’s the largest gathering

of convenience and gas station retailers and suppliers

in the world and more than 1,300 exhibitors show off

their wares at the NACS. Says Vivid’s Vice President

for Licensing David Schlesinger,

"The convenience store distribution channel is

becoming very important for Vivid Condoms and Vivid

Virility products as we continue to penetrate mainstream

avenues of exposure, so this is an ideal venue for

us."

PORN STAR BALL TEXAS BOUND –

According to the Website of BarCode,

the hot Houston nightspot, "sex is back on the

agenda" with the arrival of Vivid’s

Porn Star Ball. The highly successful PSB

takes a star turn at BarCode (902

Capital) on October 18th, where Vivid Girls

Kira Kener and Briana Banks

will judge contestants in a “come as your favorite

porn star” contest. After Houston, The Porn

Star Ball with its “less is best” costume

theme moves up to Pontiac, Michigan

on Friday October 24th at Sevin-The Nightclub

(40 W. Pike Street), then back to Las Vegas

on October 31st for a stop at the House of

Blues.
