VIVID THE CLUB IN LAS VEGAS GETS GOOD

PRESS --- VIVID The Club,

is getting solid raves from guests in its first

in both the local Las Vegas media and also travel

newspapers and publications in cities such as

San Francisco. The Vivid Girls will host an invitation-only

opening party on February4th. The upscale nightclub

at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino

is being operated since January 11th under a licensing

agreement with a subsidiary of ARK Restaurants

Corp. Guests have praised the state-of-the-art

amenities that provide an intimate setting to

indulge in the Vegas nightlife scene. Club-goers

enter by walking under 20 ft. long wood trellises

with syncopating beams of light that lead them

into the main room. The club's interior design

features the rich colors of dark stained wood

columns highlighting violet and burgundy wall

coverings. Located at The Venetian on the second-level

balcony overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, VIVID

provides an intimate space and sensual atmosphere

perfect for dancing and private conversation with

friends. The media seems particularly impressed

with the advanced technology in the club, which

features holographic images of dancing girls projected

throughout the club. These three-dimensional silhouette

images are reflected onto elevated panels of glass

called "trans-screens," which create the illusion

of live dancers. Additionally, the dance floor

is surrounded by a 25 ft. wide light-emitting

wall containing thousands of tiny bulbs that are

controlled and synchronized by a proprietary electronic

music program.

LIL JON PRESS KEEPS ROLLING

---The media interest in "Crunkmaster"

Lil Jon's two-picture deal with

Vivid Entertainment remains high.

There has been press coverage in newspapers in

New York City, San Francisco, Toronto, Cleveland,

Philly, Denver and other markets, as well as on

numerous websites that cover the music world.

Meanwhile, production of the first feature has

wrapped up in Las Vegas. A first look at the action,

"Straight from the Set" was sent to retailers

by Vivid last week. The DVD is due to hit the

streets in the Spring/Summer of 2005.

VIVID'S STEVEN HIRSCH IN NEW YORK CITY

---Vivid Entertainment co-chairman and co-founder

Steven Hirsch made a whirlwind media trip

to New York City. Among many interviews, he appeared

on "Your World with Neil Cavuto"

on Fox News (aired Tuesday), where

he talked about Vivid's pioneering work in making

its content available on cell phones in Europe,

and soon in the U.S. "Wireless is exploding and

that's one of the business markets we are going

into," he said. He concluded by saying that he had

never been as excited about the future of Vivid

as he is now. Another interview -- with Tina

Brown for her CNBC "Topic A"

show -- is scheduled to air (8 pm and 11 pm ET)

Sunday January 30th.
