SAVANNA VISITS PHILLY & GETS WIRED
Vivid Girl Savanna Samson visited Philadelphia last Saturdy to sign autographs and pose for photos with fans at The Mood. Her trip to the City of Brotherly love was heralded with an article in the Philadelphia Daily News, which noted her background as a ballerina and added that she’s “also an oneophile (that's a wine nut to you and me), and is the star of a new remake of 1972 adult film The Devil in Miss Jones. (Not to be confused with the Mrs. Jones in the Billy Paul song). She plays Miss Jones opposite Jenna Jameson as the Devil.” Savanna is also featured in the September issue of Wired magazine (the one with Jon Stewart on the cover), They repeatedly use a sultry photo of her to illustrate a two-page story entitled “Access Denied” about countries that censor Web content. The photo is entirely covered in the section on Saudi Arabia, which Wired says bans 100% of porn and gambling content; you can see a bit of her in the Uzbekistan section (82% blocked); lots of her in China and Bahrain (39% and 8% respectively) and all of her, including bare breasts, in Singapore (0% blocked).AET ADMIRES THE VIVID GIRLS
The new magazine Adult Entertainment Today or AET carries features on three Vivid Girls in its premiere issue. The magazine, which spotlights gentlemen’s clubs in New York State and is distributed at hotels and clubs, features Tera Patrick and Savanna Samson in a two-page article called “Vivid Girls Heat Up the Dance Circuit.” Savanna tells the magazine that she relates to the house dancers when she’s working in clubs and “I try to learn as much from them as possible.” She says it’s not about the money for her and that “during one of my shows, I actually hand out hundred dollar bills.” Tera says the grueling nature of working the dance circuit doesn’t have to be tough. “It can be very exciting if you treat each day like an adventure. The key is to keep healthy, exercise and stay in nice hotels.” AET also has an item titled “Catching up with (Vivid Girl) Jenna Jameson, which highlights her new “Virtually Jenna” video game and includes a photo of her posing with former heavyweight champ Mike Tyson. AET’s first issue also includes an article on the Vivid nightclub in Las Vegas at the Venetian Resort and Casino.
ASKMEN ASKS TERA
AskMen.com, the popular online destination website, has posted an in-depth interview with Vivid Girl Tera Patrick, in which she tells all about how she got in the business, her relationship with her husband, Evan Seinfeld, and her non-movie activities. The feature begins with a summary: “In recent years, Tera has changed gears by launching her own company, becoming a Vivid Girl and settling down with her actor/rocker husband, Evan Seinfeld, in January 2004. We sat down with Tera to talk sex, her day job, and what turns her on (and off).” Asked how she got into modeling to begin with, Tera says, “I was really interested in being a model when I was a little girl. I loved all the pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield. I loved watching old movies -- I was really into Bettie Page, she was a big role model to me. I've always looked up to models like Elaine Irwin and Stephanie Seymour. I've always loved modeling.
