TRISTAN TAORMINO SAYS ROUGH SEX IS "ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER MADE" -- Tristan Taormino's Rough Sex starring Sasha Grey, the launch movie in an unprecedented new series from Vivid, shipped this week and will be available in stores on July 22nd. News of the launch of the movie created extensive online media attention. The movie is based entirely on the real fantasies of its female performers. Says Tristan: "This is by far one of the best movies I have ever made. I am so proud of all the hard work that went into it and I cannot wait to hear what people think." says Taormino. VIVID PLAYS PROMINENT ROLE IN CNBC SPECIAL - Vivid Entertainment and co-founder/chairman Steven Hirsch played a prominent role in the highly promoted CNBC special on the adult industry, "Porn: Business of Pleasure," that aired on July 15th and is now available on a DVD from the network. Steven and others from Vivid were interviewed for this business documentary. In one of several excerpts from the interview, Steven said Vivid movies today are successful because they have the same formula as they did 25 years ago: "Beautiful girls who work exclusively for Vivid, movies that cater to couples, and hot sex." He also noted that the availability of cost-free porn on the Internet is changing the way the major adult studios do business, but at Vivid "we are holding our own and we continue to look forward to the future."

MEGGAN APPEARS ON "CRASH & YASMIN UNCENSORED" - Last week Vivid Girl Meggan Mallone taped an appearance on the NBC Universal Group show "Crash & Yasmin Uncensored." Meggan was relaxed and at ease as she discussed her life as a Vivid Girl with the two female hosts, Yasmin Deliz and Melissa (Crash) Barrera. The show reaches a primary demographic of 18-24 and also has strong viewership in the 24-34 years of age range. It will air on Oxygen and HolaMun2, with a date to be announced.
